Chat Room Rules, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy

So you're ready to sign up for the chat room? Welcome and we're glad to know that you're ready to become part of our group! We are sure that you will enjoy being part of The Haunted Zone. We work hard to ensure that you're time with us will remain trouble free and pleasant at all times. How? Because our staff keeps a very close eye on the chat room at all times and enforces our chat rules to make sure that everyone is safe here and that no trouble takes place. Whenever our members are happy, we're happy and we want to make sure that our members find answers to any paranormal questions they have and maybe even a resolution to paranormal problems that you may be experiencing.

Please take a moment to review our chat room rules before registering. Our chat rules are simple but are necessary to ensure a decent, comfortable and productive chatting environment for everyone. The only thing we ask in our chat room is that you please be sure to stay up to date with and follow all chat rules and to provide us with a valid email address during registration to make your registration complete.


      Chat Rules:

      - No profanity, hate speech, flaming or offensive messages please.

      - No lurking or sitting idle. Chat participation is required.

      - Please do not scroll or flood the room with text or emoticons.

      - Do not share personal information with anyone or post email addresses, myspace or other social networking URLs, screen names, phone numbers or otherwise.

      - Please treat everyone with respect. Do not take place in or perform activites that: threatens, victimizes, harasses, degrades, or intimidates an individual or group of individuals on the basis of religion, gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, age, or disability.

      - No spamming unsolicited content or advertising in any way shape or form!! We don't need spam here NOR will it be tolerated!

      - This is a family friendly chat room. Do not post, advertise, solicit or perform any type of adult content or actions that are inappropriate here.

      - You must be age 14 or older to use this chat room or website in order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA law). Please view our Privacy Policy for further information.

      - Please use extreme caution if you post hyperlinks in the chat room. Hyperlinks can be dangerous to a user's computer and you may only post links to trusted websites only. We are not responsible for the content or actions of any websites that users post links to nor will we be held responsible if your computer is harmed by clicking on a hyperlink. Do it at your own risk!

      - You are only allowed to have ONE USERNAME for this chat room! Do not register more than one username here or else you will be banned. In order to maintain server space, your user name will be automatically deleted if you do not login at least once every 30 days.

      - Please share TRUE ghost stories only. We are the real deal and our members expect the real thing...not fake stories!

      - Please do not interrupt someone when they are sharing a story. When a story is being told, we hold all chat until after the person is finished in order to be polite and to respect the individual who is telling the story.

      - We do not give or allow psychic readings in this chat room. There are tons of places online for that, but our chat room is not allowed to be used for that. Also, please do not discuss topics such as: ouija boards, witchcraft, mirror channeling or anything similar.

      - Do not judge, debate or criticize an individual or their paranormal encounters, beliefs or religion please! When someone tells us a story, we believe them and we do not judge! We accept ALL religions and beliefs!

      - A valid email address is REQUIRED in order to be a member here! If you enter the chat room without a valid email address, you will be banned! No exceptions and no excuses!
